The Colorado Avalanche have completed a roster transaction ahead of game vs Vegas Golden Knights

Just a couple hours before puck drop is set to happen between the Colorado Avalanche and the Vegas Golden Knights, the Avalanche announced a roster transaction.
The reasoning behind the roster move is more then likely because of the injuries that the Colorado Avalanche have suffered recently.
With that, following their morning practice today, head coach Jared Bednar ended up meeting with the media and confirmed the status of all four players.
With that, the Avalanche completed a roster tranasaction just ahead of their game.
Colorado Avalanche Complete A Roster Transaction
Just moments ago, the Colorado Avalanche confirmed that they have recalled forward
Chris Wagner from the Colorado Eagles in the American Hockey League.
The Colorado Avalanche have recalled Chris Wagner.
Wagner has appeared in 24 games this season for the Colorado Avalanche and has just 1 goal, while averaging just 6:55 of ice time.
On the other hand, he has appeared in 42 games with the Colorado Eagles, and has some pretty impressive numbers with 19 goals, 12 assists for 31 points.
It's unclear if Wagner will be in the lineup for tonight's game, and we will only find out closer to puck drop. Stay tuned for further details!
