Sidney Crosby throws shade at Nathan MacKinnon in recent interview.
Jackson Weber from The Sporting News writes that although they're at different stages of their careers, Crosby and MacKinnon share remarkably similar styles in their primes, built on speed, strength, and pure skill to dominate opponents.

Here's what MacKinnon had to say when Crosby asked him directly during a TSN media sit-down.
"Yeah, I like Kuch. Well, I like Kuch because he's like the opposite of what I do. You know? I'm like, choppy, and, I don't know, out of control. He's just so smooth, you know? There's not a whole lot of smoothness to my game, so I like watching him." -MacKinnon
