The top UFA has officially found himself a new home!
Mitch Marner signed a 8-year deal with a $12 million AAV with the Vegas Golden Knights.

Marner, 28, tallied 27 goals and 102 points across 81 games for the Toronto Maple Leafs last season. He also contributed two goals and 13 points in 13 playoff appearances before the team was eliminated by the Florida Panthers in the second round.

The Thornhill, Ontario native also suited up for Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off, helping secure a first-place finish, and previously earned a silver medal at the 2017 IIHF World Championship.
With the Knights, Marner should immediately jump into a top-line role playing alongside Jack Eichel in addition to manning the No. 1 power-play unit.
