Major: Colorado Avalanche vs Golden Knights game expected to be delayed following recent announcement

According to recent reports it appears that the Colorado Avalanche's upcoming game tonight against the Vegas Golden Knights may be delayed, due to unfortunate circumstances.

The Colorado Avalanche and Vegas Golden Knight are expected to face off at 7:30PM MT.

However, according to reports we could expect a later puck drop time due to the Boston Bruins vs New Jersey Devils game, as both games will be televised by the same network.

Thankfully it's not a late night game, and the latest we should expect the game to start is 7:50PM ET.

Along with that, the decision must be made before the second intermission of the Toronto Maple Leafs vs Florida Panthers game.

The Colorado Avalanche (47-27-4) open their final week of the regular season against the Pacific Division-leading Vegas Golden Knights (47-22-8)

The Colorado Avalanche are looking to redeem themselves after coming off a 5-4 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Saturday. As the Avalanche trailed 4-0 before scoring three goals to bring the game within one.

Hopefully they can still get it done as dead coach Jared Bednar confirmed that Jonathan Drouin, Martin Necas, Samuel Girard, and Josh Manson will not be ready to join the team tonight.
