Controversial April Fools Joke Sparks Major Concern For Colorado Avalanche's Star Cale Makar's Health

April first is a weird time for the hockey community as many fan pages and fake accounts like to pull 'April Fools jokes', and one was just pulled regarding Colorado Avalanche's superstar defenseman Cale Makar that has sparked some concern regarding his health.
The Colorado Avalanche have had a hard time holding onto leads, especially entering the third period recently, and once again last night that was on display.
Colorado ended up blowing a two goal lead late in the third period, and ended up losing the game to the Flames in a shootout. Although they did get a point, I think we can all agree that two points would have been better.
As of right now it's basically a lock that the Colorado Avalanche are going to be playing the Dallas Stars in the playoffs, they are up six points on the Minnesota Wild, with both having seven games left. It's tough to think that the Avalanche will not have a losing record in the final stretch.
With that being said, a controversial April fools joke has sparked some major concern for Cale Makar's health leading up to the playoffs.
Concern For Cale Makar's Health
With it being April fools today, hockey fans need to be weary of jokes floating around, and today a big one surfaced regarding Cale Makar.
It was reported that Makar suffered a lower-body injury in their game last night against the Flames, and will be out week-to-week with the injury, possibly missing the first round off the playoffs.

Later on it was cleared to be a joke by the Avalanche fan:

Makar did get sucker punched during the game last night, but seemed to be good. Can you imagine losing your best defender and one of your best offensive guys moments before the playoffs? This would have been a terrible loss for the Avalanche.
