Vogt went on to write that the high-stick that struck Senden in the mouth, didn't result in a penalty for Abbotsford in the 3rd period of Wednesday's close game.
The video, posted from the Eagles' twitter account, shows Senden in good spirit following Friday's morning skate ahead of Game 4 on Friday night at Blue Arena in Colorado.
The two-way AHL contract of 27-year-old Mark Senden has proven valuable for the Colorado Eagles. He has appeared in 61 AHL games for the Eagles, recording 8 goals and 15 assists throughout his season. Although he was expected to spend most of his time with the Utah Grizzlies, the forward has been remarkably consistent throughout the season.
If he continues his strong play, maybe we'll see him dawning an Avalanche sweater in the near future.
The Eagles will look to keep their season alive tonight with a win against Abbotsford. Puck drop is set for 6:00pm MT.
