Charlie Coyle's Emotional Statement on Gabriel Landeskog's Return

Gabriel Landeskog could find himself in the Avalanche lineup for Game 3 against the Dallas Stars, and Charlie Coyle addressed the local media with an emotional statement of purpose ahead of tonight.
Charlie Coyle hasn't been with the Colorado Avalanche for long, but he knows what the prospect of Gabriel Landeskog's return to the lineup would mean for the team and the fans.
He's only played a total of 19 games for theAvalanche this season and scored 13 points on the team's third line. One of his typical linemates has been depth forward Joel Kiviranta, and one of them could be Gabriel Landeskog, if he's going tonight.
Coyle would give us an emotional statement, as his response mirrored our own. Excitement, with a little bit of hesitation, as he still didn't know the lineup while he was being interviewed.
"We gotta make the most of it"
"But of course when he plays, whenever he plays, gonna be an exciting feeling and the crowd will definitely be behind us even more so than they are now."
The Captain returning to the lineup against the Stars would be poetic justice for the Avalanche as a whole. The team has been playing injured and for the longest time had a lineup held up by superglue and duct tape, it seemed part of the year, as they had Casey Mittelstadt as a 2C.
While he played his heart out here in Colorado, the recent additions of Brock Nelson, Charlie Coyle, and Gabriel Landeskog make the lineup feel whole. Like, the depth is real in the latter half of the season.
Now, they'll have to fight to win Game 3 against the Dallas Stars, with or without Landeskog in the lineup.
