The Colorado Avalanche have just confirmed Gabriel Landeskog's return for Game-3 of their playoff series against the Dallas Stars.
Over the last few weeks there has a ton of talk about Gabriel Landeskog's return to the Colorado Avalanche lineup.
The Colorado Avalanche ended up losing game two after blowing the lead late in the third period to the Stars, giving them the tying goal to make it a tied game.
Unfortunately, the Stars ended up winning it over 17 minutes into the extra frame, make it tied 1-1 series heading into Game-3.
Gabriel Landeskog nearly makes his return during game-two
Captain Gabriel Landeskog nearly made his return to the ice for the first time in nearly 3 years as well. He took part in the warmups right before the beginning of the game, but after that it was super confusing.
There were reports that he was going to be playing and was gonna to be the first line out there for the opening draw, but just a couple minutes later it was revealed that he was not going to be playing.
It's been flip-flopped. Landeskog is now scratched with Wood in the lineup.

However, just about an hour away from puck drop reports have surfaced that confirmed Landeskog will be officially making his return for the first time in nearly three-years.
