The Canucks' pursuit of Byram might raise concerns about their confidence in keeping Quinn Hughes long-term, but having players eager to join Vancouver after such a turbulent season is definitely a positive sign.

With speculation swirling about Hughes potentially wanting to join his brothers in New Jersey, there's growing talk that Canucks may soon face a pivotal decision regarding their captain: lock him up long-term or explore trading him for a massive return.
