Coby Maeir from NHL.com writes that since the 2000-01 season, the only player in franchise history to have a higher face-off winning percentage (minimum 50 face-offs taken) through seven playoff games is Lars Eller (65.3%).
He stepped it up even more during the playoffs, winning 38 of 61 face-offs (68%) across seven games.

The New York, New York native scored his first goal as an Avalanche at Madison Square Garden on January 26th during a 5-4 victory over the New York Rangers. Just two nights later, he began his first of two multi-game goal streaks by finding the net against the New York Islanders. His second streak spanned wins against the Minnesota Wild and Pittsburgh Penguins on February 28th and March 4th, respectively.
"In the 40 games between the regular-season and playoffs Drury played for the Avalanche this season, Drury won at least half of his face-offs in 31 of those contests." -Maier
Heading into the 2025-26 season, Drury has one year left on his contract. He's just 14 games shy of reaching 200 career appearances and needs 45 more points to hit the 100-point milestone.
