Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog drops a massive hint at returning to the Avalanche lineup following his recent comments after Saturday nights games with the Eagles.
Over the last few days Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog has been making waves throughout the hockey world, as he finally played his first and second professional game for the first time in nearly three years.
Just recently, Landeskog joined the Colorado Eagles on a conditioning stint, and things have looked really promising for him to return to the Colorado Avalanche lineup, and he's even dropped a huge hint at his possible return.
However, on Saturday night Landeskog took a massive stride in the right direction and ended up playing his second consecutive game, in back-to-back days.
While doing so, Landeskog managed to tally his first professional goal in just nearly three-years or 1,027 days!
Definitely something all Avs fans should be excited about, as this could mean he's nearing a return to the Avalanche lineup.

Following the Colorado Eagle game on Saturday night, Landeskog was faced with a series of questions from the media.
One of those questions being, how would he assess his recent performance with the Eagles over the last two days, and with a big smile on his face he gave his honest responses.
