NHL insider reveals new potential suitor for Avalanche rival's top scorer

According to a recent report, an NHL insider has leaked a new potential suitor for Colorado Avalanche rival St. Louis Blues' star forward Jordan Kyrou in a potential blockbuster trade.
Kyrou has been at the center of numerous trade rumours in recent weeks.
Kyrou may have found a new home next season.
Michael DeRosa from The Hockey News writes that many teams would likely be eager to add the 27-year-old forward to their lineup, as he's a key top-six player approaching his third season with 70 points or more.
On a recent episode of 32 Thoughts: The Podcast, NHL insider Elliotte Friedman named the Seattle Kraken as a potential suitor for Kyrou.
"You heard Doug Armstrong say that if there's a center available, that he would consider (trading Kyrou.) I'll say this. One of the teams I wonder about for Kyrou is Seattle. And I don't know if it's over because it happened at the draft, but Seattle has a lot of centers, and that's the kind of player I can see Seattle being interested in... I think there was some talk about it before the draft and, I don't know if it's still alive, but that was something else I heard about." -Friedman
Considering the Kraken's roster, it's reasonable to say they could benefit from adding a star like Kyrou to their top six, particularly on the right wing. This makes it easy to understand why Friedman news Seattle as a likely suitor for Kyrou.
"The Kraken have also been active this off-season. They notably acquired Mason Marchment from the Dallas Stars in a cap dump move, but they should not be done yet." -DeRosa
It's clear the Kraken need to strengthen their forward group if they want to return to the playoffs, so pursuing a star like Kyrou would make perfect sense.
