Head coach Jared Bednar brutally calls out the Colorado Avalanche following their performance during Game-3 on Wednesday night.
Just on Wednesday night, the Colorado Avalanche have just confirmed
Gabriel Landeskog's return for Game-3 of their playoff series against the Dallas Stars.
As over the last few weeks there has been a ton of talk about Gabriel Landeskog's return to the Colorado Avalanche lineup.
Gabriel Landeskog nearly makes his return during game-two
Captain Gabriel Landeskog nearly made his return to the ice for the first time in nearly 3 years as well. He took part in the warmups right before the beginning of the game, but after that it was super confusing.
There were reports that he was going to be playing and was gonna to be the first line out there for the opening draw, but just a couple minutes later it was revealed that he was not going to be playing.
It's been flip-flopped. Landeskog is now scratched with Wood in the lineup.
However, it wasn't enough to lead to the Colorado Avalanche to a victory as they took a 2-1 loss in OT.
Jared Bednar calls out the Colorado Avalanche and what they need to improve on moving forward
However, following Wednesday night game head coach Jared Bednar meet with the press and gave a an honest assessment on how the night went:
"We weren't great on our breakouts, we weren't great on our entries, too slow to shoot the puck, and when we do shoot the puck there's not enough traffic"
I'd say it's safe to assume that all Avs fans feel the same way as Bednar. Just hopefully the Avalanche can bounce back on Saturday night for Game-4 as they have the chance to make it tied series.
