Gabriel Landeskog exposes the truth behind Colorado Avalanche's post-game ritual
During the postgame conference, he'd be asked about the team's celebration ritual. Typically NHL teams have different ways celebrating by giving out belts, and hats and other trinkets that are unique to the team.
For example,
the Toronto Maple Leafs have a belt that is given to the player of the night. But the Avalanche keeps it weird--they give out a funny hat.
A hat that is not only funny, and silly.
It looks quite silly, and according to Gabriel Landeskog, they found it on an online ad, which led to him buying it for the team.
Landy admits it's quite snug on him, giving the boys a good chuckle, joking about how big of a head he has.
After that goal last night, it must be inflated!
Regardless, the team came out on top against a Stars team that has been physical and neutralized the Avalanche's special teams during Game 3.
Jonathan Drouin would find a way to lend an assist that night after a disappointing performance in Game 3, and
Brock Nelson scored 2 points ( 2 assists).
