Colorado Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood Under Fire After Allowing Worst Goal Of The Playoffs

The Colorado Avalanche headed to Dallas for game 5 of the series, one of the biggest games yet, tied 2-2 in the series and they did not look good at all.

Although they ended up having the better numbers after the first period, the Dallas Stars ended up having a 2-0 lead heading into the second period.

After being the Colorado Avalanche's best player in the first four games of the series, Mackenzie Blackwood looked shaky in game 5, and ended up allowing one of the worst goals of the playoffs so far, that he will definitely want back.

Just nine seconds into the game, Blackwood ended up giving up a weak goal from Dallas Stars forward Wyatt Johnston.

After that, he gave up one of the worst goals of the playoffs.

With less than a minute to play in the first period, Blackwood made a blocker save that went 10 feet into the air, bounced off his shoulder and into the net:

Instead of backing up against the post like most goaltenders would, Blackwood just sat there and allowed it to go off his back and into the net.

Definitely one he is going to want back.
