Colorado Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon Reportedly To Miss The Remainder Of The Regular Season With An Injury

Recent reports have confirmed that the Colorado Avalanche's top forward, Nathan Mackinnon, will be absent from the team's upcoming game against the Vancouver Canucks.
This afternoon, Thursday, April 10, an announcement was made regarding the Avalache's superstar, MacKinnon, revealing that the center endured a minor injury, and it has been confirmed that he will be absent tonight, and possibly for the remainder of the NHL's 2025 regular season.

This will be the forward's first time missing a game since December 29, 2022.

This is, needless to say, a huge set back for the Avalanche, and it seems as though the damage might be more than what has been released, due to the fact the center has not been absent from an NHL game for over two years.
Although there is no confirmation MacKinnon will not appear in the rest of the NHL regular season, the fact he is not in perfect shape just a week away from the playoffs is definitely concerning.
Let's hope Nathan MacKinnon makes his appearance before the end of the 2025 NHL regular season.
