In its latest announcement, USA Hockey has chosen to spotlight Colorado Avalanche legend Zach Parise, finally granting him the long-awaited honour the fans and the hockey world have anticipated for years.

USA Hockey announced this year's inductees on Wednesday.

Zach Parise named to U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame class.

The United States Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2025 includes Scott Gomez, Joe Pavelski, Zach Parise, Tara Mounsey, and renowned photographer Bruce Bennett.
Here's what USA Hockey president Mike Trimboli said in a statement...
"The collection of talent that is part of the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2025 is truly remarkable. Their extraordinary contributions have positively impacted our game and continue to do so today." -Trimboli

At 41, Parise played in 1,254 NHL games across 19 seasons with the New Jersey Devils, Minnesota Wild, New York Islanders, and Colorado Avalanche.
A 2009 All-Star, he totalled 434 goals and 455 assists. Parise was part of the US team that won gold at the 2004 IIHF World Juniors in Finland and later represented the US in two Olympic Games, famously scoring a last-minute goal to send the 2010 Vancouver gold-medal game against Canada into overtime.
He is the son of the late J.P. Parise, a member of Canada's 1972 Summit Series team.
Pavelski, a fan favorite of the Dallas Stars, Colorado's divisional rival, will also be inducted.
"Pavelski, 41, retired after the 2023-2024 season. He spent 18 seasons in the NHL with the Sharks and Dallas Stars. A native of Plover, WI, Pavelski scored 476 goals and added 592 assists in 1,332 career games. His 1,068 points are sixth-most all-time by an American player. Pavelski represented the US internationally multiple times, including at both the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics." -TSN.ca

The 2025 induction ceremony is set for St. Paul, MN on Dec. 10.
